The Champions are built with two spacious bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in porch and fully equipped kitchen. These units have a unique design that separates the villa into two separate living units by securing the door separating the main living area. This design allows the unit to divide itself into a villa and a “ mini-suite,” each with its own entrance. This mini-suite contains its own bedroom, bath, sitting area, and kitchenette. The Champions also feature a 10-year structural warranty.

Our three most recently completed projects are: the Champions condominiums; the Eastwood Landing single-family Charleston style homes; and Osprey Ridge condominiums.

Eastwood Landing is a single-family neighborhood with three different floor-plans. These homes feature nine-foot ceilings, a large master suite, a fireplace in the living area, full appliance packages, ceramic tile and carpet, cultured marble vanities in the bathrooms, crown molding, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living area and porches.  They also are covered under a 10-year structural warranty.

Osprey Ridge are condominiums with three bedroom, two baths, a living area, screened-in porch, fireplace, entertainment center built above the fireplace, master baths with Whirlpool tubs and showers, ceiling fans, cultured marble vanity tops, crown molding, extra-large capacity washers and dryers.  The also are covered under a 10-year structural warranty.
